Ads pop up too much

My son loves this app but the ads pop up all the time and he doesnt know how to get rid of them. Then he gets frustrated that he cant play anymore. Even Guided Access doesnt prevent it. Im not spending $2 just to get rid of this annoyance. Im deleting but its too bad.
