Ad pops up then closes every time

My kids live the show and the app. But the app crashes or gets stuck trying to show you an advertisement and then Crashes. This is not the case with the paid app which is good but to try it out first is difficult.

My 3yo & I love this app. Its so cute and we really enjoy playing it. We never have any problems with it crashing & only have the free version.

This app is super cute and funny

I love this app for my kids so I bought the full version but it is still showing ads and still shows its the free one. I couldnt find the app support link on their site.

So the bottom of the screen always has ads/advertisements and my ten month old ALWAYS taps on the ads and it always knocks her out of the app. If you really wanted your child to enjoy this app, you would have to press everything for them.... But then wheres the fun in that for them??

After upgrading to the "ad-free" version after my daughter loved it there is still an ad that pops up, or a 30 sec commercial, upon opening the app. After shelling out good money to removed these ads this obnoxious problem needs to be fixed. Once done, the review will be 5 stars.

After paying the $1.99 to remove the ads theres still a banner on the bottom as well as a full screen ad that pops up every time my son plays it. Ended up paying the $1.99 twice; the second time to buy the full version after paying the upgrade in order to get what I thought was the full version but was not. DONT UPGRADE from the free version because it DOES NOT get rid of the ads like it claims.

Purchased "remove ads" however theres still a huge popup banner at the app startup. Get rid of that or money back!
